Hotel Occupancy Form
The form is required by the hotel to have an accurate manifest of students in each hotel room.
Hotel Code of Conduct
This form must be signed by all occupants in a hotel room during the convention and must be returned to the Registrar before Registration II deadline.
Nametag Form
All attendees must have FASG nametags upon arrival. Nametags must be premade before arrival, or alternatively can be purchased during check-in for $5 each.
