Teachers - Please mark your calendars with these important deadlines for FASG 2011

1.November.2010 

• Registration 1 online plus check made out to Freedom HS and sent to attention of: Erika Witt, c/o Freedom High School, 2500 Taft-Vineland Rd. Orlando, FL 32827 

1.DECEMBER.2010

• T-Shirt Design sent via email attachment or regular mail to: Sara Hoefler, c/o New School Prep,  130 E. Marks St., Orlando, FL 32803

31.JANUARY.2011 for regular schedules / 15.February.2011 for 4x4 schedules                

• These are the deadlines, but we encourage you to have your students login and complete their individual registrations as soon as you have input their names and email addresses and they received their login information from the website.

15.FEBRUARY.2011

• Deadline for changes without having to pay a $5 fee per student changed in any way: change of event, change for correction of level or status, exchanging one student for another, onsite changes at registration will also cost $5.

18.FEBRUARY.2011

• Hotel Reservations - best to make these over the phone and be sure to identify yourself as being with FASG.  Also make sure they know the name of your school
